Summary
Hinata Shoyo and Kageyama Tobio are first-year surgical interns at Miyagi Central Medical Center—and from day one, they are already at each other’s throats.
Between fighting over surgeries, humiliating themselves during rounds, and trying (and failing) to act like functioning adults, the two quickly fall into a pattern of rivalry, tension, and something dangerously close to… something else.
Add in sleep deprivation, emotional repression, and a hospital full of equally chaotic surgeons and interns, and suddenly “first, do no harm” becomes a lot harder to follow—especially when it comes to each other.
