Summary
Set in a world where Voldemort never existed
Hermione Granger is eleven years old when a witch in bottle-green robes sits down in her parents' front room and tells her magic is real. She is eleven when she walks through a brick wall and finds an entire world hidden behind a pub. And she is eleven when, on the very same afternoon, she meets two boys: one with impossible hair who laughs too loudly and treats her like they've been friends for years, and one with a lifted chin and grey eyes who explains the wizarding world to her with a patience neither of them can account for.
A year later, her parents die.
And when Professor McGonagall takes her to Gringotts to open a vault in her name, that's all, just a scholarship, just paperwork, the goblin draws a blade across her palm, the blood quill touches the parchment, and the name that appears above her own is not Granger.
Sirius Black is thirty-two years old, with a house too big to live in, a name that weighs five hundred years, and absolutely no intention of growing up. He never knew he had a daughter. Now she's twelve, she's just buried her parents, and the Ministry would like to know what he intends to do about it.Bookmarked by Lunatic98

Summary
Sakura wiped the blood from her thigh, her eyes hardening into something entirely detached, and entirely cold.
If she had to carry the weight of a dying world's roots in her veins, she would use them. She would watch the timeline bleed exactly the way she wants it to.
Because if a monster was what it took to ensure Naruto and Sasuke made it back to her, she would gladly let the roots swallow her wholeBookmarked by Lunatic98

Summary
He warned them. Repeatedly. Kakashi didn’t want a genin team. Kakashi had no idea of what to do with a genin team. He was self-aware enough to know he wasn’t quite right in the head. He should not be trusted with a bunch of children.
But did the Sandaime hear him? No, because the Sandaime wasn’t Minato-sensei and the old man never listened to him. And he went ahead with the brilliant idea of saddling him with his dead sensei’s son, Itachi’s little brother, and a kunoichi who was so much a cannon fodder that she had a literal target on her bright red dress.
He would not be blamed for the shitshow that was about to start.
OR.
Kakashi only knows how to teach three things: survival, assassination, and pretending to be normal. Good thing that's exactly what his cute little genins need to learn. And if they also learned how to be a family in the process, well, that's just a bonus.

Summary
"So test them, then train them. The trappings of the old should not stifle the growth of budding new leaves."
That was what the Third Hokage told him when Kakashi was made jonin-sensei for the new Team Seven. A new team, different from the other genin had been given. They were as much a mission as they were anything else and Kakashi never failed his missions. In a village of secrets, within the miles of red tape that surrounded his brand new students, opposition was only ever a few steps away, but Kakashi wasn't worried. Team Seven always had a way of surpassing expectations. These three would be no different. Kakashi would make sure of that.
