1. There's a storm! Do they get completely soaked and windswept? Are they jostled together? Is there clinging? Is Ed a little bit upset and also hmm standing very close to Stede? Keywords here are wet and oops i looked at his mouth i shouldn't do that but imma look again
2. There is a cat on the ship. Obviously it adopts Frenchie. Frenchie is its human now, and no others will be countenanced. Cat4Frenchie.
I did two prompts cause I couldnt decide! Had a lot of fun drawing (most) of the Revenge crew! And some wet shenanigans from the co-captains!
This is my first ao3 post pls tell me if something is unclear.

Summary
Jayce needs to understand him. He needs to know every inch of Viktor, inside and out. If he didn’t so desperately want Viktor alive, he would cut him open and do it himself. But he has some restraint. So he’ll settle for learning Viktor from the outside, first.
Viktor’s body is fighting against him, and he is fighting right back, tearing himself to shreds in the process. Jayce will help glue him back together. By force, if necessary. Viktor doesn’t know what’s good for him. But Jayce can handle that.

Summary
“I’m in a band now,” Caitlyn Kiramman says, over the phone.
Viktor remembers seeing that, somewhere. Vaguely. A rock band of some sort, which had been unsettling to hear; Caitlyn had been one of the more talented students he’d ever mentored, and she had stepped off of the path that he has devoted his life to.
But she sounds proud to say it, so he finds himself smiling as he says, “I’ve heard.”
“Yeah? Um. Well. There’s a gig on Saturday. It pays.” He hears a sharp inhale, an exhale, and then she confesses, “We need someone who can play keys.”
Viktor is pursuing his PhD in musicology. He also needs to make rent.
“Viktor might be a bad idea for you right now,” Vi says, straight to the point.
“Fuck off,” Jayce responds. “You know I didn’t mean anything by it. All talk, like you said.”
“Not a lot of folks Cupcake calls in a crisis. She says he’s a nice guy. You’re not crashing out, but Viktor deserves better than to be treated like a rebound without knowing, and if you make shit weird for him and Cait, I’m going to hand you your ass.”
Jayce is a great drummer. He’s just not great at being casual.

Summary
When Viktor finally asks why Jayce stayed behind inside the Anomaly with him, Jayce stares at him as though he’s supremely disappointed by the question— as if Viktor has betrayed his own brilliance by asking something so irredeemably stupid. “How could I not? We’re partners.”
Partners, Jayce calls them. Not for the first time, Viktor wonders: Partners in what?

Or: Jayce and Viktor survive the Hexcore, a blizzard, their own bodies, sharing a bed and all the things they’re too afraid to say. Slowly, they put themselves back together— piece by stubborn piece.
