Billy takes a deep breath; annoyed that it still comes out shaky on the exhale. “You wanted to get the jump on me more like.”

It is the first time he is forced to confront Billy Hargrove again after the night of the Snow Ball, where he was looking for a fight but their encounter turned out unexpected and confusing. Steve only gets more confused after an accident at the pool and whatever is up with Billy and the sudden thoughts and desires he triggers in him every time they meet until he finally decides to try and find out. He also finds out there's something wrong with Billy.
