It's one of those weird fucking online dating apps but worse. Sirius knows it's worse. It's the sort of app you're supposed to stay away from: something to look for sex with an awful fucking name called D(ub), which is supposed to be some play on BDSM. It's fucking stupid. He's been eyeing it since James brought it to his attention after Sirius' last series of one-night stands left him feeling bereft and so fucking empty inside that he attempted to drink the feeling away, to no avail. James clasped him on the shoulder, stole his phone, and spent the next hour grilling Sirius to answer oddly specific questions.
"We're going to let the kink come to you," James had stated, publishing his profile.

Some may call Sirius a bit dramatic for how he's been acting like a distressed damsel all day, and he truly loves and appreciates the support he gets from his viewers, but nonetheless, he stomped his feet on the way home and typed his computer password in with far more aggression than he usually would. He melts quickly once on screen, and his pettiness is taken down, like, half a notch. He gets about an hour and a half before his chat pick up speed. It's going too fast for him to read, even with his 20/20 vision (which he brags about frequently). "What. . ?" His eyes scan through the comments, halfway reading in a way that he can't understand the words.

“We have time.” Remus moves the hand that was cupping Sirius’s cheek to his hand. He squeezes both of them tightly. Sirius looks down and watches the way they fit together. It fills him with a touch of warmth to know it’ll always be like this. Him and Remus fitting together like puzzle pieces.
“We can go on those dates if you want. Hell…” Remus pulls his hands away. Sirius wants to cry out at the sudden lack of his touch, but bites his tongue. Remus pulls a pen out of his pocket and grabs one of their napkins.
He looks up at Sirius with one of those beautiful genuine smiles. “What dates would you want to go on, baby?”And fuck - Sirius is falling in love all over again.

A year into dating Remus Lupin, and Sirius Black wants to propose. He finds the perfect excuse for time alone with his boyfriend when he realizes that he and Remus never went on any classic first dates.
