Jason was in too deep. One moment he was getting rid of a drug cartel branch that had been working on rooting itself in Crime Alley, the next all he could think about was the obnoxiously British assassin for hire Apex, who had the audacity to come and interfere with his work and invade his mind in ways that made his stomach flip and his mouth go dry. It was extremely unfair, and he was going to make sure that Apex knew how unfair it was. If only he could find the asshole again first, though.

Years of abuse have finally spilled over, and Izuku is ready to jump from the security of being a simple student, and fall into the unknown. A wish for a better world is all that guides him, and the darkness of life slowly consumes his soul; as Fumikage, Hitoshi and himself rapidly free fall into the dangers of villainy.
And as they descend, their power grows. A simple ideal, whispered in the streets and between civilians: Project Free Fall.

The sound filled the thick silence. It warmed his cold soul, and made him smile. It was a sinister smile, something that curled unnaturally. It didn't belong on sweet, naive, stupid little Deku's face. "Don't you wish I had jumped now?" He asked, his tone of voice a sharp knife. Katsuki flinched, and Izuku laughed, broken and distorted and angry and scared, jumbled into something inhumane.
