Why did the government suddenly get SO interested in this chaotic jail? It's so unnatural, and the Warden isn't worried about this as much as he should be. And as always, Jared has to do all the work; luckily, he gets the Warden to be somewhat involved with this annoying process. Lord Stingray overhears and decides to take another approach in taking over.
With the influence and pressure from many others, he somehow ends up confused and frustrated with how things are turning out. -
