À la fin du lycée et au début des années de fac, Nancy et Robin avaient laissé leur amitié flotter dans un goût d’inachevé, des choses jamais dites ou assumées.
Septembre 2007. Elles se recroisent par hasard lors d’une réunion parents-professeurs. Nancy fait semblant de maîtriser un divorce qui la brise. Robin improvise sa vie d’adulte comme si elle n’avait jamais vraiment quitté la fac.
Pour elles, ce moment est avant tout une remise en perspective de leur passé commun. Mais ce qui provoque une vague de nostalgie pour tout le groupe les entraîne bien vite au-delà de leur propre histoire. Ce qui devait être un simple moment de retrouvailles se transforme rapidement en une aventure imprévue pour tout le monde.

Summary
Je n'ai jamais aimé la fin de la saison 8, trop cruelle pour eux. Alors j'en ai créé une version plus douce, un peu hors du réel, juste assez pour apaiser les âmes laissées en suspens. Une façon de donner à ces personnages ce que la série ne leur a pas offert : une fin qui répare au lieu de briser.

Summary

Summary
The goo rises steadily to the table Nancy and Jonathan sit atop of. Thinking she is going to die, Nancy says goodbye to everyone in her head, and ultimately, relives the day her heart got broken by the girl she never even dated.
Having survived, she makes a promise to herself to return to those feelings when the world is no longer in danger. So now, Nancy is faced with a moral question: are her feelings for Robin strong enough to put Robin and Vickie’s relationship in jeopardy?
