The Oracle of Gusu is the most powerful spiritual tool in the land. No one is privileged to gaze upon the Oracle’s face but the immediate members of the first Lan family. Any beta or omega that removes the Oracle’s sacred veil will be put to death. If an unmated alpha dares to peak under the veil, they will take claim of the Oracle and be bound to the powerful omega for the rest of their life as both mate and protector.

Summary
Tav always walks with a song on her lips and a secret buried in her heart. Astarion yearns to heal the scars left by Cazador, but he has no past before undeath to return to.
Following the events of BG3, Astarion and Tav set out to find a cure for vampirism. After running into a seemingly endless series of dead ends, they find themselves unwittingly caught up in a grand plot far greater than themselves. Secrets of both Tav and Astarion's pasts will be revealed, and they must determine what that means for their future. Will they be able to save the world one last time, and in the process, save each other? Or will they be haunted by the shadows of the past forever?
(BG3 extended epilogue. Full of angst, comfort, Astarion's past pre-undeath, sweet astarion x tav moments, and quite frankly an absurd amount of dramatic plot devices because I can't help myself. I DM, so I'm also incorporating elements of D&D rules and lore! But subtly, and explained later in the author notes, so don't be alarmed if you're new to D&D!)
