Katsuki stared at his lap, squirming in discomfort. Eijirou waited patiently, as he always did whenever Katsuki was working through something internally. Finally, Katsuki looked up at Eijirou hesitantly. “I meant it when I said I don’t love people, not like that anyway, but that doesn’t mean I don’t care about people–my people–cause I do. A lot,” Katsuki huffed, adding that last part rather unwillingly. “You mean a lot to me, Kirishima, more than just a friend, you’re like… my person or whatever.”
Eijirou’s chest warmed at those words. He was Katsuki’s person. Eijirou could be named the number one hero tomorrow, but that would pale in comparison to being named Katsuki’s person.

Kirishima can’t get to sleep for the life of him, so he gives up. And in the dead of the night one Bakugou Katsuki makes his way to his room.
“Bakubro?” No response.

Nothing much basically i just make KiriBaku cuddle because they both need it(esp Bakugou there’s no way this boy didn’t get PTSD yes he in fact did get nightmares after Kamino ward no one can convince me otherwise — but at this point they all have PTSD anyway so) and yes i am in fact stuck in season 3 i refuse to believe MHA is coming to an end so this is set post-Kamino Ward arc :)

Summary
Ever since the end of the war, something inside of Katsuki had shifted. A subtle buzz under his skin, a line drew too taught, desperate to snap. It was a ball of security buried deep with in him, but still something he refused to unveil. Because every time he did, something when wrong, flew so far off course he had to suppress it just to put things back on track.
But it’s getting to hard to keep down, impossible to ignore. Now that he’s away from that goddamn dorm, away of his parents- (well not parents anymore but still), something needed to give.
He just hoped his sanity wasn't what gave out first.
Or: A work following Katsuki as he comes to term with his regression and the family that accepts him for it
