John wasn’t an idiot—he knew what Sam was doing. He just didn’t know why. Attention? A cry for help? Uncontrollable teenage hormones? But no, Sam wasn’t out of control. This was… something else. Deliberate, calculating, completely intentional. And John didn’t know what to do about it.
He wasn’t a great father at the best of times, he was well aware of that, but even he knew this was not the way things were supposed to be. A son was not supposed to try and seduce his old man.
And it wasn’t supposed to be working.
