“Bend over,” he instructed.
She obeyed. In a flash, her petite frame arched over his desk. He struggled to tear his eyes away from the curve of the small derrière as he stepped closer, leaning in to whisper in her ear.
“You will count,” he murmured. “In Latin. You’re a clever thing, Phantomhive, so I’m sure it won’t be a problem, will it?”
She was silent, save for the ragged rise and fall of her chest against the polished wood.
He removed his gloves and stood at a slight diagonal, positioning one foot slightly ahead for balance.
Shifting his weight forward, Professor Michaelis raised his dominant arm and delivered the first strike across the Phantomhive girl’s bare bottom.
(Summoned to Housemaster Michaelis’ office, Cielle Phantomhive faces questioning over a scandal that’s shaken the academy. But as the exchange escalates, it becomes clear that neither teacher nor student is quite what they seem.)
