He was currently sitting on a bench to one side of the room, and though the party was full of plenty of interesting guests, including his guest of honor, he was instead— to Arthur’s intrigue— speaking solely to his butler. The butler was standing beside the boy, one hand tucked into his pocket. The other lingered near the boy’s shoulder. The boy’s lips move, quiet words meant only for his companion.
Arthur squints. He could swear that the man’s fingers are brushing against the boy’s neck, the bottom of his hair.

“Of course, my lord. Who else is there for you to practice on?”
“Lau, or… Ran-Mao,” The boy offers helplessly, though even as he says it, his face sours.
“Do you prefer their company over mine, my lord? You wound me.” It comes out far more bitter than intended, acrid on his tongue.

It’s hardly an answer. It means nothing. But Sebastian takes it as it is, and asks, “Because of what they could do for you?” Because his master is a selfish creature at heart, taking things by force when necessary, exploiting others, no matter how close to him they may be, for his own advantage.
“No,” Ciel says, turning a scowl on the demon. “They’re my parents. They take- took care of me,” The boy says, stuttering once over the word before pressing on forcefully.
Sebastian doesn’t mention the misstep, instead reminding the boy, “I take care of you.”

Harry Potter meets a new student while staying in the Leaky Cauldron after blowing up his Aunt Marge, trailed by odd servants and with outlandish ideas. He doesn't seem to want to play by the usual rules of Hogwarts at all.

When Ciel Phantomhive presented as an Omega, a dark creature rose from the depth of hell.
Of course the young boy didn't know about it, he didn't know anything of what his future had in store for him.
His servants brought him far, far away from his home since as an Omega, it was too dangerous for him to stay there. He shouldn't have presented as an Omega. The entirety of the Aristocracy was already making plans about how to destroy the Phatomhive family, now that a "weak, useless" Omega was at their top. A shame. Embarrassing. Humiliating for the whole Aristocracy.
Ciel had to leave as fast as possible right after his first heat, his loyal servants bringing him to a boarding school where he would be safe for the time being.
An Alpha with pitch black hair greeted him right at the front gates, wearing a dark cloak, a perfectly fitting suit and a neat tie.
Who would have thought that Ciel was greeted by the devil in disguise ?

“I told you what I wanted,” Ciel grunts.
“You did.” The demon elaborates no further. Instead, he presses the tip of his finger to the boy’s dick, a feather-light touch just under the head. Ciel shivers, full-body and unbecomingly desperate. High in his throat he makes a sound, a whining sort of keen. He’s tired, and he’s been trying for so long-- the touch is like a wildfire, or perhaps a beesting.
Sebastian runs the finger down the length of him, never giving more than just the barest brush of pressure. Ciel jerks, trying to press into the touch.
“That’s not-” Ciel gasps, reaching down to scratch at the demon’s scalp, “-enough!”

Congrats! After multiple, i mean mullltiple attempts to secure the crystal and escape this hell hole that is called the Blacksite, you were able to finally fulfill that goal! Urbanshade keeps their end of the bargain and give you plane tickets, put a LOOTTT of money into your bank account, and clearing your name with saying it was just false imprisonment. Now out into the world again, you were able to use the money to start over. A few months into your life (you thankfully live alone and conveniently live a bit away from your neighbors), you can't help but wonder whatever happened to that fish man along with that murderous AI. You may never know, though, but one day it was finally answered... in your kitchen one night.

Summary
Demons are predators by nature. It's only natural for him to secure his next meal when the opportunity arises. Even if that next meal happens to be his former master's grieving daughter.
Titled after the line in a previous oneshot, "borrowed time", this is set after the conclusion of Sebastian and Ciel's contract. The earl's daughter, Rosaline, discovers his body in the study and is overwhelmed by grief. Of course, Sebastian takes the opportunity to rub salt in the wound.
