It's safe to assume that, in your head, after you dropped the coin, it fell to the ground and stayed in place after that, maybe rolled a little if if landed right, maybe bounced a bit, but not very much.

Now pick two places you travel between often. They don't have to be that far apart.
Imagine yourself in the first place. Chances are, you can "see" your surroundings. For example, if there's a bookshelf to the left of one of your places, you'll imagine a bookshelf to your left. If you turn around, you'll imagine it to your right. And you know this without actually going there in real life, because you've been there before. Now, without actually leaving wherever you are now, walk from the first place to the second place.You can navigate significant chunks of the world in your mind alone. You know what things will do instinctively, how things work.
