Summary
What would the journey of the Shield Hero look like if the person summoned to carry the Shield were a trans woman? Starting from the familiar events of canon, this story follows how one fundamental change begins creating ripples: different reactions, different choices, different relationships, and different ways of approaching the Legendary Shield itself. Some events still begin the same way, but as those small differences accumulate, Nao’s path—and eventually the world around her—starts moving somewhere new.

Running away to another world to get away from your problems...in any other case...was probably overkill. But to Ranma, it was pretty much the only option, considering everyone else would chase them to the ends of the earth to get him.
Luffy and his small but amazing crew get a unique addition in the form of a sex changing martial artist who's able to fight alongside them, using moves and abilities that leave them stunned, amazed, and sometimes scared out of their minds, but having them around is...interesting...but no unwelcome.
