Summary
Izuku sprints for the gate as soon as Present Mic’s given the go ahead and he almost immediately runs headlong into a one-pointer. He has no weapon but his hands and his wits. That’s okay. Izuku’s good at thinking on the fly. Lips curling into a feral grin, Izuku leaps forward, arms curling around the robot’s ‘head’ in a mockery of a chokehold and pulling, while his legs press the robot into ground. Izuku can feel his palms catching on sharp machinery as he finally tears the head free.
That’s something he’ll take care of properly later. Right now, it’s not what matters ———

That confirmed it, the kid really was Akutagawa. Kyouka tensed. Part of her, a part she was ashamed of, wanted to hurt him, to make him regret everything he ever did to her, to make him feel just as bad as she did. But she *was* ashamed of that part of herself. It would've been wrong no matter what angle she looked at it from when she thought it through logically. He was only a kid now, he didn't seem to have any recollection of who she nor Atsushi were. And besides, if she went through with this desire, if she stooped down to his level, wouldn’t that make her just as bad as he was?
Or - Kyouka and Atsushi find a fourteen year old Akutagawa, things happen from there.
