Summary
Maomao was just packing up her things to move into the Jade Pavilion, mourning the quiet and peaceful life she could've had if she had not butted into a mess that didn't involve her to begin with.
But then, with a blink of an eye, she was transported into a strange room. She tried to explore to find nothing that would help her in her attempt to find a way out.
She was then suddenly joined by twenty-two others. Including... Her father? And the rest of her family from the pleasure district? The Emperor?!
Everything only got more complicated when a being who seemed like they were nearly glowing suddenly appeared in the front of the strange room.
Why did things like this always seem to find her?

What happens when they makes some new friends and a creepy guy who is apparently one of the founders of her new skating club?

She had assisted Giulia Tofana in creating the poison of Aqua Tofana, famously used by women who couldn't get divorced so decided to leave their husbands in a more... unconventional... way. She didn't know exactly how she ended up in Heaven, but she assumed that The Universe understood that it was for a good cause.
Jasmine had died in her 30s and had stayed in her prime for the 218 years she had stayed in Heaven. Her only problems were dealing with Adam's annoying requests to fuck and trying not to blow up at the higher status angels for making decisions that leave the souls in Hell fighting for their lives even more than they usually do. Even if that second urge became more difficult to control with every passing day.
She had been promoted to a member of the Divine Court in the last 50 years of her afterlife.
Jasmine's activities in her past life had been exposed by a spiteful member of the Divine Court. She had been sentenced exile to Hell. What could happen?

Grunkle Stan chokes on a mouthful of spaghetti, and yeah, there’s no way he’s a ghost. Ghosts don’t turn blue when they inhale undercooked noodles and runny sauce. At least, she doesn’t think they do.
“No, I’m not a ghost. Where did you get that idea?” he asks.
In which the kids find a headstone, and faking your death comes with some uncomfortable conversations.

“Oh, they’re just being weird about my fake grave again,” Stan says dismissively. He kicks at the stone and takes a minute to decide whether or not it’s worth trying to prop it up again. In the end, he decides to go ahead and make the effort, if only so Mabel and Dipper won’t give him the double puppy eyes when they come back from their weird mold adventure.
When the rock is sitting up on its base for the second time, Stan realizes that Ford has gone painfully quiet.
