He gets an urge to cup the back of Peter’s head and crush his face against something painful and cold, steel or glass. "This isn't even a workout, Frank, come on. You tiring yourself out, old man?"

Peter starts to stumble away, desperate to get back to his apartment.
“E.V., what is happening to me?” He chokes out before falling to the ground.
After a few tortuous seconds, the computer muddles out a response he only half hears, as the ringing in his ear becomes unbearably loud. The last words he can make out before his world fades to black is “hormonal change associated with mating.”
