"I'm gonna be King of the Pirates!" Luffy declared with glee, perched atop the prow of the dinghy. She was leaning over one knee, looking forward to the horizon. Colors seemed brighter around her. The sea more blue, the sun more gold. The wood of the tiny dinghy even seemed deeper and richer than it was.
Zoro was a damn fool.
"You seem obsessed with this King of the Pirates thing. Is there a reason?" Zoro asked to distract himself from fluffy, midnight hair.
Luffy placed her hand on her straw hat. "No reason. It's just...I made a promise to a certain man that I would someday gather a great crew, find the world's greatest treasure, and become King of the Pirates!" She turned her head back over her shoulder to grin at her newly found first mate.
Zoro gave a low growl in appreciation.

This is exactly what she did. She told Reiju that Sanji was already married to rescue him from the forced marriage on Whole Cake. Now that the crew is all back together, a letter from Judge invites Sanji and his husband, Usopp, to prove their marriage during a dinner.
Usopp, however, has never dated anyone! He doesn't know how to fake a relationship, much less a marriage!
Good thing Sanji and Zoro are very generous and ready to teach him everything they know!Cue lots and lots of pining and cuddling up to your crush under the pretense of "training"!
