this is obviously my first dramione fic, and i kind of fell into this fandom after reading masterpieces like manacled, secrets and masks, and the auction. i just can’t even sleep without thinking about them, so i needed to write something for fun, inspired by all of these dystopian, post-war, voldemort-wins pieces. shoutout to these amazing authors! ❤️

Summary
In this alternate reality, Dumbledore was the Dark Lord, and his Order believed peace and stability were worth any cost. Harry Potter and Hermione Granger were sorted into Slytherin, becoming best friends with Draco Malfoy. Under Tom Riddle’s guidance, Harry fulfilled the prophecy and defeated Dumbledore. But Riddle also had his own twisted ideas about how the world should function.
After the war, with both Dark Lords gone, peace finally seemed possible. That peace shatters when Draco’s wife is murdered by a mysterious, lethal curse.
Determined to avenge her, Draco begins hunting down those responsible. Everything changes when he is pulled into another universe, one where Voldemort is the Dark Lord, the deadly curse has reappeared, Harry Potter is the Gryffindor savior (and no longer his best friend), and Hermione Granger-Malfoy is alive.
