Washington, September 15, 1919, 1 a.m.
[Received November 17, 2019]Regarding 1917,
I, Alfred F Jokes, AKA the United States of America, want to tell Ivan Braginsky, also known as Soviet Russia—fuck you for being a bitched liar! You told us our friendship would only grow–that we would continue to be close for the rest of humanity! I tried to help you, and I’d still offer a hand. You’re still the great nation I know and respect, my best friend. But you need to understand why the nation of democratic freedom can't accept this! You and I both know if you had stopped pushing me away, things could've turned out better. But every time I think we’re okay, you do or say something crazy! What other choice did my men and I have but to leave? I tried to stick with my ambassador in Russia to support you, but fuck all!Go kiss Germany's ass for all I care
Or
A world where the Soviet Union never fell and the cold war continues

Summary
The year is 1976, and child prodigy Alfred F. Jones debuts with his new band "Polar," taking a semi-controversial turn with Ivan Braginsky, a charming Russian immigrant whom Alfred is convinced must be a test from god himself.
Ivan Braginsky, who frankly has too much time on his hands, has been keeping tabs on the famous Kirkland family. He can't grasp why he keeps circling back to Alfred Jones or how he managed to get himself so involved with the man.
