Summary
Rewritten starting at the competition scene with Tommy and Buck.
Buck stands up for himself and Eddie against Tommy. Even though Buck has come a long way, he still struggles when he's alone, even more so once he breaks up with Tommy for a second time and is left alone in Eddie's house. But, even though standing up against Tommy felt so right, something will go so horribly wrong.
Eddie is in Texas, has been for months. He finally has Chris again, which feels so right. But something is missing, something is wrong. He's stuck working as an Uber and seeing all his friends and family in LA through a phone screen.
What will it take for things to finally be right for Buck and Eddie again?

Buck ignored him, grabbing a chair and placing it so that it was facing the couch. “You won’t talk to me? Fine, but we are going to finally talk about what happened, and if that’s through talking to an inanimate object like we’re 8 years old, then so be it.” Buck huffed, crossing his arms hotly. “But I am fed up with ignoring what happened and walking around each other like we’re walking on eggshells.”
“I’m not talking to a chair, Buck.” Eddie shook his head.
“Either you talk to me about your feelings, or you talk to a chair about your feelings, but one way or another, we are going to talk about our feelings tonight, Eddie.” Buck countered.
