"Duh!" Ino crosses her arms, chin up in the air. "But we have to, Shika! I don’t want to be unprepared for when-"
"I know, I know. Sasuke." He interrupts her, suddenly rethinking the whole thing. He’s still got time to make a run for it. He glances around for possible escape routes and sighs. Too troublesome. And, if he’s honest, some small part of him doesn’t want to run away, not when Ino is so close, smells like flowers, and her lips, he notices for the first time, are so pink and soft.
"It’s just practice!" she says assertively, hands on her hips. "Besides, with you, it doesn’t count."

“Dating sucks,” she finally says, eyes to the ceiling. He laughs and Blossom, again, thinks that is probably his most attractive quality.
“It can’t be that bad,” she turns on her stool to face him and Butch is looking at her with an amused, patronizing expression. Blossom’s nose scrunches in annoyance and she can barely suppress a scoff.
____Or a short story where Blossom and Butch discover their needs are not that different and maybe they can help each other out.
