Summary
Six years ago, Sunghoon walked away from Riki thinking he held all the power. Now he’s broke and desperate for a cheap apartment, only to discover his new landlord is the last person he expected.
Riki is now Ni-ki: a successful, untouchable model whose luxurious loft radiates the kind of success Sunghoon missed. The boy Sunghoon dismissed has become a man completely in control.
Ni-ki keeps things formal, treating Sunghoon as a tenant only. But the apartment hums with old tension. When Sunghoon tries to reclaim some space by bringing friends over, Ni-ki’s composure snaps.
He corners Sunghoon, demanding recognition for everything Sunghoon took and everything Ni-ki has built. With his hand firm at the back of Sunghoon’s neck, Ni-ki spells out the new rules:
"The rules of this house are dictated by the landlord... You haven't paid me what you owe me for six years, Hyung. And I think it's time you started making up the difference."

“You’ve got an eidetic memory.” Jim says casually, the slightest puffs of air falling from his lips as he speaks, almost tickling against the trimmed hair of Spock’s sex. “What did I tell you, when we were in the pool room last week? Word for word, mind you.”
It takes Spock less than a second to recall what his husband had so lewdly whispered into his mind the week before, stroking himself towards a lazy climax.
“You-” Spock clears his throat, embarrassment growing as the slight twitch of his diaphragm sends another glut of seed spilling from his used sheath. “You offered to ‘bend my pretty ass over the edge of the pool and eat me out til my screams echo off the stone walls.”

“So what-” Jim begins, but his words fade away as Spock steps out from behind the high countertop and reveals himself to Jim.
It is endlessly perplexing to Spock, that his human bondmate derives so much pleasure from a change in clothing, when they regularly see each other in the nude.
“Spock, you-” Jim’s sentence cuts off in a garbled choking sound as he darts across the distance between them.

“Do we really need formalities when you’re already ours?” Ni-ki’s voice was low, not in the teasing way but just steady, like he was stating a fact that Sunghoon should already be well-acquainted with. What his voice did not betray, his gaze did. Gleaming and unreadable, the intention blatant for anyone who looked at him for more than 2 seconds.
Sunghoon stared back at Ni-Ki because he swears on every deity in existence that he did not hear that right.

Sunghoon wishes to lie down and go to sleep. He wishes to shut off all his senses and submit to the rulers of the night.

For a long moment no one says a word, and then, the emcee counts down and declares that Mr. Hwang won.
Or: Felix is put up for a date auction on his company and has to go on a date with his boss.
