D3rlord3 huffs, his head almost pleasantly empty now, shapes blending together in his mind’s eye as he avoids looking directly at The King in Yellow, instead staring at the tangled limbs he’s sitting upon. “Will you get to the point?”
Will you submit?
“You don’t—have to phrase it like that,” D3rlord3 mutters, embarrassment tinging his cheeks red, thankfully hidden beneath his helmet. But it’s not like He doesn’t know.
Then say it.
D3rlord3 swallows, closing his eyes to gather the courage to do so. He licks his lips, then murmurs the damning sentence at the center of it all:
“I wish I saw you sooner.” There.Series

Tobirama was from the past. It had gone surprisingly well, but, there were moments where the differences in culture between now and then tripped a conversation or situation up further than Iruka could have ever imagined.

Summary
Most people who came to Penacony came for the dream, the illusion–the kind of experience that only existed as long as you believed in it. But Gallagher’s bar? It was real. And that meant it was usually empty.
He liked it that way–tucked away in his own quiet corner of Penacony, far from the excitement and chaos of the Dreamscape.
Gallagher wipes down another glass. Not that it was dirty–just something to do, a habit more than anything.
The door swings open. Gallagher doesn’t look up right away. He hears shoes scuff the floor, a dramatic sigh, and the distinct sound of someone collapsing into the barstool in front of him.
Then came the voice. Smooth. Theatrical. Weaseling.
“You ever get the feeling the universe has it out for you? Or is it just me?”
