Summary
We have all heard of princesses and knights or perhaps princesses and criminals, but I would like to offer you a new one. the fool and the princess. Those who have read Realm of the Elderlings might see the inspiration.
This is my first-ever fanfic, and of course I had to write it about my favorite girls, Lux and Jinx. This is a small medieval fantasy type of AU I came up with.

'I sighed, bracing for the words I foolishly and pettily did not wish to speak into reality.
“If I have left you unsatisfied, you might have simply told me about it,” I managed through gritted teeth. “I could have done something. I’m not so loutish that I would begrudge you that.”
He turned to face me again, a noticeable frown marring his soft features. In this light, his downy brows nearly blended into his complexion.
“Unsatisfied?” His tone bordered on disbelief. My chest swelled with an exasperated breath at his feigned obliviousness.
“You know of what I speak.”
“I assure you I do not,” he insisted, but I dared not say anything else, lest I make myself an easy target for his mockery. Suddenly, his head whipped around his shoulders, flashing me a sideways grin. “You mean sexually?”
“Could you not?!”'

Fitz makes a chance discovery of a peculiarly shaped item among Beloved's belongings. He confronts him about it, then regrets it... then doesn't.
