Summary
Akira truly believed he'd never see Ren again after what their mother had done, but after moving to Tokyo for probation, and getting repeated comments of how strikingly identical he looked to a certain heir of the Amamiya Clan, it didn't take much for him to piece together the true fate of his twin brother.
It's almost been a decade since they've last saw each other, but Akira's nerves about whether or not Ren was willing to even see him at all--let alone retie their severed bond--are shoved aside when he's faced by those with selfishness and bitterness in their blood, and a woman who's hellbent to outlive an era, a Persona in one hand and Ren in the other.

Summary
From the Persona 5 Kink Meme: a crossover between visual novel Room No. 9 and Persona 5: Ren and one of his friends go to Okinawa for a fun summer holiday, only to find themselves locked in a hotel room with no means of escape, advised that they've been selected to participate in a psychology study, and that their way to freedom means "earning" points for "completing tasks."
As the tasks get more and more "extreme," it turns into a nightmarish series of choices between one awful option or another, and begins forcing Ren and Akechi to consider both who they are, and their connection to one another.

Summary
In February of 2017, after helping defeat his rival’s former therapist, Akechi Goro woke up convinced both he and Akira’s lives would be better off if they had nothing to do with each other. Knowing how poorly that idea would go over with the other boy, Akechi left Tokyo and left his rival thinking he was dead.
He was determined to never reach out to Akira again.
He lasted four years.
