The angel looks at the floor, blinks, and turns to face Dean.
“I understand your feelings. My own existence and fate makes little to no sense. Once I complete these trials and save my family and Heaven, I will feel more valuable knowing that I am truly making a difference.” He pauses, hoping the hunter didn’t take offense. “Dean, what is it going to be like for you? Once I am gone.”
