“Are you really sure Kacchan?” he hiccups. “I don’t want you to feel like you’re being forced to do this for me.” Izuku watches Katsuki intently, ready to hear him back out and tell Izuku that he can’t possibly pretend to date him. It’s inevitable, really. He was giving him an option to back out, and Katsuki would be a fool to not accept it.
“I’m very sure about this Izuku. It’ll be like performing on stage -- keeping an act up for the crowd even if it’s just a dance number. Hell, I’ll even treat it like an ultimate performance,” he whispers. “To put it in art terms, I guess it’d be a public display at art galleries and shit. Only difference is that we’re displaying affection instead of art.”
OR
Izuku's roommate, who he's known for a measly three weeks, agrees to fake date Izuku in order to scare away the creep who keeps harassing him. Fake dating his college roommate was definitely not in his plans for the year, but lzuku has never been the luckiest guy anyway.

Katsuki drops his spoon and it falls with a splash into his cereal – he doesn’t notice. All he sees is a mop of green curls belonging to a small but muscular frame, turned from him with arms cuffed behind his back. He’s sweating, his heart beating at ten thousand beats per minute and he feels pops and crackles dance over his palm when the green silhouette turns and grins at the fucking camera. That means he needs to plan. He needs to find a way to fix the mistakes of the future and stop his friends from dying. He refuses to fail this time.
He'll be the Hero he couldn't be.
Or, Midoriya Izuku was Quirkless, was gifted a Quirk from All Might, went to Yuuei, fought in a War, lived through the After and was supposed to die. Only he finds himself back in the past with a skewed moral code, PTSD, and an extreme desire to stop his friends from dying brutal deaths. He is going to change the future, make some friends, maybe find a boyfriend, give some Villains a reason to be better and stop some Heroes. For better or for worse.
