“Are you really sure Kacchan?” he hiccups. “I don’t want you to feel like you’re being forced to do this for me.” Izuku watches Katsuki intently, ready to hear him back out and tell Izuku that he can’t possibly pretend to date him. It’s inevitable, really. He was giving him an option to back out, and Katsuki would be a fool to not accept it.
“I’m very sure about this Izuku. It’ll be like performing on stage -- keeping an act up for the crowd even if it’s just a dance number. Hell, I’ll even treat it like an ultimate performance,” he whispers. “To put it in art terms, I guess it’d be a public display at art galleries and shit. Only difference is that we’re displaying affection instead of art.”
OR
Izuku's roommate, who he's known for a measly three weeks, agrees to fake date Izuku in order to scare away the creep who keeps harassing him. Fake dating his college roommate was definitely not in his plans for the year, but lzuku has never been the luckiest guy anyway.

It was only for an instant, but he knows that the line of bright white teeth and the emerald eyes he sees are never, ever, leaving him.
It’s been eight years since Midoriya Izuku disappeared. A near decade that Bakugou Katsuki has spent mourning the friendship that he never got the chance to repair.

Only he finds himself back in the past with a skewed moral code, PTSD, and an extreme desire to stop his friends from dying brutal deaths. He is going to change the future, make some friends, maybe find a boyfriend, give some Villains a reason to be better and stop some Heroes. For better or for worse.

About a week after that, All Might asked Izuku if he was aiming for the hero course at UA. The question was so sudden that Izuku nearly dropped a microwave on his toes.
The truth was, if All Might had asked him that a week ago, there would have only been one possible answer to that question. All Might had gone to UA, UA was the best, so Izuku was going to go there too, if he could. But things were a little different, now that he was going to receive All Might’s Quirk.
“No,” he said, decisively.
All Might looked caught off guard, which was a very rare expression on him. “No?” he echoed, like he couldn’t believe it.
A laugh bubbled out of Izuku’s throat. He honestly couldn’t believe it either. “No,” he repeated.

Katsuki watches the throng of students disperse as he leans against a wall, tired eyes expectantly scanning for familiar faces.
Or familiar...hair.
Katsuki spots the messy green curls just before they dip behind a taller girl.
He kicks off the wall, eyes growing wide. Certainly not what he expected, but today has been a real fucking shitshow of unexpected nonsensical shit, so he can’t be bothered to wonder at this point.
He can’t say he’s glad to see Izuku, but he also can’t deny this is the most relief he’s felt since waking up.
He pushes through idling bodies and grabs Izuku’s upper arm before he can think twice, dragging him into a nearby empty room.
Katsuki releases him with a huff and spins around, immediately taken aback by Izuku’s widened eyes and his notably thinner arms wrapped around a biology textbook. He nervously clings to it, grip tightening when he meets Katsuki’s gaze.

He grumbles and starts to reach for the box of tissues that sits at the edge of his desk when he notices a slight draft of air brush through his bangs. He furrows his brow, looking for the source of the draft when suddenly the pages of the old book start fluttering to life, a greater gust of wind erupting forth and pushing Izuku back out of his chair. From the floor he looks up at his desk, bewildered at the sight of the book hovering by itself. A bright flash of light forces Izuku to close his eyes and look away, and a deafening boom resounds in the room.
After a few seconds the bright light seems to fade, and Izuku finally decides to risk a glance at his desk. What he sees causes his world to tilt on its axis. In place of the old book is a tall, disconcertedly handsome and very naked man.
What the actual fuck is going on?!
