    Daemon survives the battle above the Gods Eye, only to be faced with a far more daunting task: finding a way to salvage his marriage. Despite his victory, he has lost his wife’s trust.     After Daemon crashed her wedding and took control of the castle when her father fainted, Rhaenyra feels like a prisoner. He won't hurt her, she knows.
