Summary
Momo Ayase is the granddaughter of Priestess Seiko Ayase, a famous spirit medium who cleanses yokai. Ken Takakura is a boy cursed by the infamous 100km granny, haunting the mountains of Japan. Upon the two meeting, Ayase and her newly appointed charge “Okarun” embark on a journey to…find his balls. Oh, yeah, and they're probably soulmates.

“Your prince can’t marry Okarun!” Ayase says. “Because he’s, uh…he’s already taken!”
“By whom?” the alien ambassador asks.
“Me,” Ayase blurts out, jutting a thumb at herself, and Ken almost chokes on his own spit.
When Ken is chosen to be the bride of a Mantisian prince, the only thing that can save him from a life of underwater politics is convincing the world that he’s already engaged to Momo Ayase.
But it shouldn’t be too hard for Ken to convince everyone that they’re dating—after all, he’s already madly in love with her.

Summary
Momo, having been exiled almost her whole life to the Islands with her grandmother and forgotten by her royal siblings and Elders, is happy to stay that way in her own little hub of calm and mundaneness. Spending her days lollygagging in class with her friends and coming home to hearty verbal sparring with her grandmother, life is pretty good. That is, until it gets upended by her call back to her homeland to fulfill her newly assigned duty: to marry the Prince of the West's royal family as a part of a plot to cement the East and West's new alliance, forged with the blood spilled of countless noblemen, soldiers, and... her parents. Momo's prepared to fight tooth and nail for dominance over her mystery husband, which she knows will be an uphill battle.
However, her husband- fiance- turns out to not be as villainous as she had assumed, much to her chagrin. He's actually not villainous at all. He's a scrawny, nerdy kid, a kid just like her, and has yet to forge his own yokai contract to grant him powers, failing to follow the traditions of the Western Houses that rule their lands. With an ally by her side that she wants to trust, Momo and Ken must learn to navigate these uncharted waters carefully... and together.

Summary
Momo takes a sucker punch in a fight and gets hurt in the most inconvenient way possible. She's temporarily down two hands, and doing things no-handed all by yourself isn't as easy as it sounds. Luckily, she's not in it alone. Okarun is willing to help in any way he can, and, perhaps, in some ways no one expected.
