So, after suffering Neil's friends' annoyances he finally had everything he needed to propose- he'd take Neil to an aquarium after hours and when the moment was just right he'd pop the question. All he had to do was get out a few simple words but of course he doubted that it would so smoothly, things rarely did with Neil. But that was just another reason he wanted Neil by his side- all he had to do was ask four simple words. Surely he could do that.
