“Caitlyn,” she says. That isn’t right. That wasn’t the answer Vi was after. Names are easily given away but so seldomly remembered in Stillwater, but it echoes in Vi’s head. She almost doesn’t hear the actual answer. “And though I have no doubt a thousand people have given this answer before, I did nothing. I was doing my job, and then I was here. No trial. No sentencing. No crime to speak of.”

Summary
role reversal au: Vi grew up in Piltover for most of her life with her sister and adoptive father. When her friend Ekko took her down into Zaun and managed to get himself pickpocketed by children, Vi finds herself in a bit of trouble with the locals. She seeks refuge inside a brothel and ends up meeting Artemis, one of the brothel workers.
It doesn't take Vi long to figure out that she's actually Caitlyn Kiramman, daughter of a notorious chembaron and heiress to an undercity empire.

Shadowheart lets out a small manic laugh devoid of any real humour. “It’s not poison,” she says with a trembling voice. “I think they were aphrodisiacs. I assume one or two are sufficient to do the job.” Lae’zel isn’t sure if Shadowheart is going to laugh or cry when she says, “We ate an entire bag.”

Well. Let's see if Githyanki can be trusted on their word. Or, even better...coerced into a mutually beneficial arrangement. She's certain there's something she could offer the Gith. Twist to her advantage. If this could also make Lae'zel more bearable, all the better for her.
