this story cracks me up. WY being a menace and tormenting the good dragons of Cloud Recesses, while slowly falling for LZ's wiles

Summary
The Premise:
Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian are rival lawyers, representing Wang Yibo and Xiao Zhan, respectively, in a breach of contract lawsuit against each other.
A tale of conversations, rivalry, and lawsuits… and hopefully, at some point, a literal and carnal interpretation of Habeas Corpus.

I love this story. The two duos are perfect, and the twist on 13 years of longing is brilliant.

Summary
"It's not my fault, alright?"
"I never said it's your fault."
"Still you're mad at me."
"Whom should I be mad at then? Our neighbors?"
There's something about Lan Zhan being upset with him that never sits well with Wei Ying. It leaves him feeling wrong, unguarded, untethered. He does not like it, in the least bit, when Lan Zhan gets genuinely angry. He does not like fighting with his husband.
or: Lan Zhan does not want to understand this time.

Summary
“You see, marriage is an important thing.” Wei Ying took a big gulp of his wine, then wiped his mouth on the sleeve of his robe. Lan Wangji thought about buying him a handkerchief. “Once you’ve decided on someone, you can’t go back on it. You’re stuck!”
He was right, of course. Though what made him think Lan Wangji would ever marry someone he could not tolerate, he did not know. Lan Wangji had been doing nothing but giving rejections, after all.
