“Don’t ask him that, dumbass. Why the fuck would you ask him that?” The blonde whisper-shouts and Kirishima winces, rubbing the back of his head.
“Shit, yeah. Sorry Todoroki. You don’t have to answer that. You need help shopping for stuff? We’re almost done.” Kirishima asks sheepishly. Shouto sure hopes they’re almost done because the sheer amount of groceries in their shopping cart is horrific. Not even he and Izuku bought that many groceries before-
“Yeah, sure.” Shouto says, if just to stop his brain from going down that path again, even though all paths lead to Izuku, always.

In other words, Todoroki Shouto learns that meeting people at the Mini-mart is unusually beneficial, and that you can, in fact, find meaning in something after losing everything.

He's finally given some hope in the form of The third connection organization.
The Third Connection Organization has been connecting people with possible surrogates for years, even before quirks. Genetics have changed since the company first started and so has surrogacy. Now that a carrying surrogate contributes one-third of the genetic makeup of a child due to Quirks more couples have been signing up. Surrogacy Has turned from something that can bypass Instinct and has turned much more instinct driven. Almost like forced joint parenting. Finding a good match is the hardest part, but that's the T.C.O.'s job.
Kirishima Eijirou and Bakugou Katsuki have been talking about being surrogates for years. Eijirou was born with the help of the T.C.O. and after years of talks and after having one child of their own they think it's finally time to do it.

Summary
Kirishima's shift at the hospital was turned upside down once he found Omega Todoroki Shouto, who had been recovering from a miscarriage from an arranged marriage, wanting to go home and be all alone, despite not having anyone to look after him. With his father angry and frustrated, and his husband on the other side of the world, Shouto only wanted to be left to himself.
Unfortunately for him, Physical Therapist Kirishima and Omega Specialist Doctor Bakugou are doing everything they can to help him heal.
Only scars run deeper than they seem, especially after years of having his life controlled by Endeavor's wishes, years surrounded by hopelessness. But with the help of an overwhelming Alpha scent, Kirishima's bright smile, Bakugou's strong hands, and the constant support to help him, Shouto starts to hope for a different future outside of his father's expectations.
