Summary
Fugue: in essence, a fugue is a contrapuntal composition which involves counterpoint, in which more than one musical line plays at the same time. The lines are independent but related harmonically. Creating that relationship isn’t easy.
Saudade: The feeling of intense longing for a person or place you love but is now lost.
Three years ago, they fell in love. It didn't work out. Now Ben is the world famous Kylo Ren, concert pianist made famous by his blend of classical and jazz, and Rey is nearing the end her career at Juilliard. When circumstances bring them back together again, they're forced to confront the pain they've both spent three years trying to get past.

“Are yousa Rey?” A gungan stepped forward, tripping on nothing and nearly falling onto his face.
“Uh.” Rey watched the gungan right himself. “Yes, I’m Rey.”
Before she knew what was happening, the gungan threw his arms around her, picking her up and swinging her back and forth.
“Oie Boie, meesa most excited to meeta yousa!”
Rey squirmed, trying to unpin her arms, which were trapped in the gungan’s grip.
“Put me down, please.”
The gungan put her down immediately. She stumbled back a few steps.
“Who are you?” she asked.
The gungan grew serious. “Meesa yousa’s dada.”
Rey shook her head. “I’m sorry, what? My...what?”
“Yousa Rey Rey Binks!” The gungan threw his arms out as if his news was a wonderful surprise. “Meesa Jar Jar Binks. Meesa yousa dada!”

Summary
He felt a hand on his shoulder and opened his eyes, gasping. He blinked rapidly, taking in his surroundings. There are stars all around, and a path leading to doorway after doorway.
Where was he?
He remembered the touch on his shoulder and twisted quickly, a frown wrinkling his brow as he stared down at the young woman before him. She was very beautiful, long curling hair, petite like his mother, with dark eyes.
There was something familiar about her.
“Who are you?” he asked, trying to process the many rapid emotions flooding his system. Is he dead? Is this this afterlife? The great oneness of the force?
“Ben—" Her voice broke off, thick with emotion as she stared at him. “I’m so happy to meet you.” She started to reach towards him, but stopped herself and clasped her hands in front of her instead. “My name is Padmé.” -

Summary
Nearly a decade after Mr. Hux and Mrs. Phasma shared an ill-advised kiss, both are determined to remain unmarried. Summary
The first time Miss Rey Chapman saw Ben Solo, Duke of Ren she had been strolling along the road with her friends Finn and Rose Smith. Rey was still new to the area, having only moved there less than four months prior, thus she was as yet unaware of many of the local nobility. Something about the man caught her attention, causing her to ask her companions, “Who’s that man?”
Finn followed her line of sight and then cleared his throat. “That’s Ben Solo, Duke of Ren.”

Despite a very poor first impression, Rey has found herself forced to wed the mysterious and intimidating Ben Solo, Duke of Ren. The marriage is deemed highly scandalous by society as Rey is no more than an orphan living on the good graces of Mr. Unkar Plutt. Rey, now Duchess of Ren, finds herself forced into a role for which she has no training, with a husband who does not even seem to like her.

The Resistance, meanwhile, has sought refuge on the planet Naboo, hoping to evade the First Order long enough to rebuild. Both Kylo and Rey assumed the bond between had been broken, but abruptly it is reignited as they both feel the pull towards each other and a greater balance in the force.
