Summary
Arthur Weasley's life was perfect in 1970. He had a wonderful fiance he loved completely and he couldn't wait to get married... After graduation he wakes up in a haze, he barely remembers taking his NEWTS and everyone is screaming at him about this baby that Molly Prewett is pregnant with and his fiance, his love, his Lucius is heartbroken.
Arthur is devastated but he does as society demands, bows to the Greater Good, after all the child is innocent. He marries the woman who poisoned him with love potion, who repeatedly over the next ten years poisons him again and again until finally Lucius finds a cure. He stays for the children but when the last one climbs aboard the Hogwarts Express there's no reason to go back to that house with her anymore. He is free at last to go home.
