Caitlyn's Perspective of "She Wanted It Comfortable (I Wanted That Pain)"
In a world where Alphas are revered and Omegas are seen as a lesser class, Caitlyn fears that her family's power and prejudices will cause her future mate to suffer. Rather than put her Omega and their future children through the pain and the abuse she endured growing up, she decides that the best decision is to reject Vi and to refuse to become her Alpha.
However, things do not go according to her careful planning and Vi ends up pregnant with Caitlyn's child. As much as Caitlyn wishes she could let Vi go, she finds herself unable to.
