Summary
In the City of Raftel there is a hero, Phoenix and his partner Spade. Spade works behind the scenes, directing Phoenix with his trusty computer skills but one day Spade begins to act strangely when a new, though in truth he was actually an old, villains rises up and threatens their carefully balanced partnership.
What was worse was that there was nothing Phoenix could do to help Spade. He didn't know Spade's true identity and Spade didn't know his. So Phoenix would just have to sort this out himself and try to help Spade, and do his school work, and keep his family in line, and try not panic over his high school crush Portgas D. Ace!

The corner of Ichigo's lip ticked up in slight amusement, “you could say that I've done quite a bit of growing since last we met. You could say I am not even the same person. The funny thing about dying a few times, Aizen, is that you learn things you could otherwise never fathom.”
“I can’t say I have ever had the experience,” Aizen said sarcastically.
“I have no wish to grant you the experience either,” Ichigo intoned patiently.
“Oh? But you wish to put a stop to me do you not?” He asked in feigned curiosity. “How do you propose to do so without killing me? Because I can assure you, I will not hesitate to wipe you from existence if you continue to get in my way, boy.” He finished with a narrowing of his eyes.
“I don’t need to kill you Aizen, I need to kill who you are. I know about you Aizen. I know what you have done, who you have done it to, and I know why you think you are doing it. But I do not know you,” gold eyes hardened, “to truly know a man like you, one must cross blades. Only then will our souls truly reach each other.”
