That’s a rewrite of the story I’ve started some time ago. It’s possible that I will also continue the other one. They will have many differences.

Two idiots are in love and both think that the other doesn’t love them. It takes Soap pretending he isn’t sick for them to finally get their act together.

Summary
Soap recently moved to the US and works at a junkyard, owned by Price, with Gaz. It's only a few weeks in when a customer pulls in that takes his breath away. The fella is big, burly, and mysterious. And also happens to be a regular and good friend of Price's. Soap gets invited on an overlanding adventure with the boys to get his mind off Mr. Tall-Dark-And-Handsome, but does it work?

Where Alejandro races trophy trucks, Rudy manages his social media, Kate & Price renovate & design event spaces and countryside homes, Gaz runs a nature blog because he's quirky like that (and has a dog), Graves is a good man and his wife rallycrosses, Shepard is a dickball because there's no redeeming his character, and Ghost is a grumpy man who drives a fleet of Excursions.This part is completed and will be updated regularly. Summary
EDIT: Reworked and added epilogue to give it a proper ending!
Rudy and Alejandro had been friends and could have become more, but Rudy moved out of Las Almas. Life didn't treat him well and he ends up working as hooker for the Cartel - the Cartel which wants to get to Alejandro.
When the 141 is in Las Almas, they get dragged within the dynamics of Alejandro's and Rudy's relationship. Soap also gets dragged down into the emotions for his superior.
Title inspired by the same-named song. Story originally inspired by Mehm - ty! <3
