Hitoshi is too exhausted and too sick to really care and his instincts don't even kick in. Still the bustling sounds are practically begging him to check them out and if there is someone in his apartment to kill him, Hitoshi would really rather die standing straight than bundled up in his bed.

"What?" Katsuki snaps at Deku, because what the fuck could possibly be this important and he's horrified to hear Deku sniffling on the other side of the line. "What the fuck happened?" Katsuki asks, a little bit softer but now infinitely more worried than before.
"How could you, Kacchan, how could you do that to him?" Deku sobs out and where Katsuki hoped his words would bring some clarity, they only confuse him more.
"Do what to who?" he demands to know and Deku sobs again.
"Hitoshi. How could you cheat on him?"
