Summary
Nancy’s kid was never the brightest bulb, but losing at cards to a Tyger Claws boss and getting yourself kidnapped has to be peak stupidity. Since V rescued Nancy from Maelstrom not too long ago, he seems like the obvious person to call. Hopefully, he’ll turn out to be the right merc for the job, even with a dead Rockerboy in his head being supremely distracting.

Summary
Everything felt like it was moving so quickly, but in other ways, it felt as though time had stopped completely. Nothing else in the world existed except the two of them and for the first time in a long while, Virgil felt whole; like he had been adrift until Kerry came along and threw him a line.

Summary
Johnny blinks into existence, hauls himself up on the desk next to V, before crossing his feet at the ankle and letting them swing idly. “Bored,” he mutters, and V looks up at him for a moment, arching an eyebrow. There’s a slight twitch of his lips though, as though he’s resisting a smile – knowing him, that’s probably exactly the case.
Setting his pistol down, still half-disassembled, V leans back in his chair to look up at the engram; a part of him already knows where this is going. “And that’s my problem, how…?”
Nudging V’s knees apart with a foot, Johnny smirks as the merc’s expression flushes with arousal. “Could be a whole hell of a lot less bored if a certain merc decided to service a different pistol,” he teases, dragging the toe of his boot along the inside of V’s thigh, leather barely catching against the dark denim."

He’s a fucking natural. Brilliant and insane. Kerry’s in awe. And Johnny’s energy is infectious; it’s easy, suddenly, for Kerry to do the same—jump around, shredding on his tele. They meet at the microphone, screaming themselves hoarse, then grind on each other while they solo. When the song is over, the audience goes wild.
Johnny’s face is sweaty, his hair sticking to his forehead. With a mad grin, he slings his arm over Kerry’s shoulder and yells into the mic, ‘Hey, we’re Samurai!’ The audience cheers. ‘You motherfuckers want some more?’
