Summary
Due to the myriad complexities of unintentional chaos-powered space-time manipulation, Dr. Ivo Robotnik is forced to take a long, hard look at himself, and he doesn’t like what he sees. The solution? Launch this meddling impostor wearing his face back to the future where he belongs before he ruins the single, meticulously maintained, professional, platonic relationship Ivo has, even if it means wasting all his embezzled federal money to achieve the impossible.
And if that fails, he’ll just have to kill himself, himself.
or;
Perhaps there are some benefits to unorthodox methods of forced self-reflection—not that Ivo would ever give himself the satisfaction of admitting it, no matter when he’s from.

Summary
Stone’s presence at meetings is a non-negotiable for Robotnik. He’s his trusty agent and bodyguard, after all, and all of these dusty, boring old bureaucratic meetings are truly insufferable when he doesn’t have anyone to gossip with. He doesn’t care if the whole of the whole of the US military is getting sick of their antics, he will have Stone at his side at all times, whether they like it or not. Even if he has to get creative with it, in order to find a loophole with their inane, petty rules.

Summary
Robotnik stared at the Agent, mind racing, hypotheses opening out in a dozen different tabs of the browser in his mind, each trying to home in on why he had been sent this agent.
Ah. It had finally happened.
The government was trying to kill him. For realsies this time.
~
After failing his latest psych evaluation, Agent Stone finds himself pulled from almost a decade in the international field and placed on domestic babysitting duty for an eccentric scientist who makes it very clear that Stone could either walk away right now or else quit in a bodybag. Well, Stone has never been a quitter and what begins as a war of attrition over some HR forms slowly morphs into a functional(?) working relationship and the beginnings of a deeply unprofessional crush on his boss. That is, right up until the government comes up with a plan B to get rid of them both.
