Summary
"Give it to me straight, doc." Neil yanks the collar of his sweater down, wincing at the frigid air against his neck, "How bad is—"
Charlie cuts him off, practically yelling in the abandoned shower room, "Holy shit! Neil— I mean… Oh my god?!" He leans in, eyes nearly bulging out of his skull like a cartoon character. "Did you get mauled by a bear on the way back?"
"You're being dramatic; it can't be that bad." Neil shoves past him, marching up to the mirror, gently tugging his collar back down.
Staring back at him through the fogged-up mirror was a gash on the side of his neck, crusted over slightly from the dried blood; a hissing reminder of the past hour or two.
"Okay, I concede, geez, maybe it is that bad."
or
5 times Neil Perry cracks the news to his friends that he might be a vampire, and 1 time maybe, just maybe, he doesn't have to be alone.

Summary
"I fell in love the way you fall asleep: slowly, and then all at once.”~ John Green [The Fault In Our Stars]
When the nerdy, awkward, careful and quiet Todd Anderson, who suffers from anxiety and prefers staying in his room writing fanfiction transfers to an all boys private school called Welton (otherwise known as Hellton) and becomes roommates with the confident, courageous and charming Neil Perry, who is the star player of the school’s lacrosse team, an A+ student and has looks of a movie star-things can become complicated for the pair as they slowly fall in love.
Especially considering that Neil is a closeted gay with a controlling and homophobic father and that Todd is still hopelessly in love with his online ex-boyfriend despite his feelings for Neil.

Summary
Summer of Junior year, 1989.
Charlie’s gaze softened into something Knox hadn’t seen before, something he couldn’t quite figure out.
“How come I was last to know?”
“I didn’t wanna make you uncomfortable”
“Knox..” he breathed, running a hand over his hair, dark eyes tracing his face, though they weren’t looking for anything, he couldn’t actually tell why Charlie was looking at him like that. . “God Knox you’d never make me uncomfortable, I promise”
Or:
Charlie and Knox are stupid and fake date all summer, only to actually fall for eachother more than before

Summary
It took all of three days at Welton without Neil for Todd to officially declare himself insane. Such was the life of a poet.
It took one phone call with Neil for Todd to decide he was meant to be a journalist. Such were the whims of love.
“It’s okay. Maybe I’ll come join you in New York. Write for the papers,” Todd said, half joking.
“You could write about my plays. You could write about me,” Neil laughed lightly.
He didn’t know it, but that sentence had changed Todd’s life forever.
“Maybe I will,” Todd said, laughing along. But he had already made up his mind. Journalism sounded pretty nice if it meant interviewing the famed actor Neil Perry.Bookmarked by Neoeo_cries
