For years Tommy learned how not to look at Määnin too long. To not stare at the crease in his lips when he grinned or linger when their shoulders touched loading gear.
Praise had been his only outlet: his worship, half-masked as musical admiration.
On stage, they were friends and bandmates. Off stage, the lines began to blur. But as the tour wears on, Tommy has to decide how much of himself he can keep at arm’s length and how much he’ll lose if he lets Määnin sink deeper into his destructive impulses.

Summary
Doc would never have considered himself a relatively profound friend of Ren’s. They were friends, for certain, but in the same way Doc would consider himself a friend of Joe’s or a friend of Scar’s. They interact. They spend time together. They sometimes collaborate on builds.
And, on occasion, Doc supposes that friendship extends to pulling the man from lava and attempting to salvage what bits of him have been destroyed and mangled from a near disastrous end of a season.
But, really, he should know the man better. He should have some sense of who Ren is, of what he needs, what he does, yet the man sat before him… He’s not certain it’s Ren at all.
And Doc doesn’t know enough to explain why…

“Your first task. What is it?” Scott asks.
“The Red King of Dogwarts.” Martyn answers with a large smile, licking his fingers.
“Damn, for real?” Scott frowns, his spoon stopping half way up “That’s a big one!”
“I know! Something weird happened while I was choosing it-” he whispers, still fearing that the spell will break “Like, I was hearing something and the scroll changed out of nowhere, right in front of my eyes!”
“And that’s not normal? You can never know with you Watchers.”
“No. BigB didn’t even recognize it. I dunno, it’s a mystery.” Martyn mumbles, scraping his claw on his fang “But yeah, I’m going for the Red King.”
“Dogwarts, huh...” Scott hums, getting up from the table and heading towards his bookshelves “That’s on Hermitopia.” it doesn’t take long for him to find what he’s looking for, a rolled map “The most mysterious land of them all. You're in for a treat, Martyn.”

Summary
It is time to go to a new world, led by the ever faithful Admin. No one was expecting interference to take what should have been a routine world switch and turn it into a living nightmare. Now scattered through a dozen separate worlds the Hermits must fight to find each other and come together. Starting with a world that contains a story line that we've seen before but... nothing like this. Trapped and unable to do anything but wait the Hermits must pray that this time the story will go better than any they have seen before.
All hail the Red King! May his reign be filled with the peace and unity that he has fought for!
