The box had a printed note and a Buchanan’s Deluxe whiskey."Dear Neighbor of PH 5B,
I hope this note finds you well. I feel like it is my duty to inform you that because my son, Jack, successfully accomplished his grade goals for the school year that he is getting the drum set that his uncles and I promised him. With that said, he will be practicing daily between the hours of 4 pm - 7 pm, which sounds like a very long time but he is very passionate.
Trust me that I’m going to be just as annoyed as you; truthfully I did not expect him to pull off all those A’s, but he’s a sneaky little overachiever. Anyway, please reach out to me if the noise ever becomes too unbearable. Here's some whiskey to help bear the pain.
Please call anytime, and keep in mind you’re the only neighbor who got a bottle of liquor—because Ms. Forbes can kindly fuck off. Last year she got my car repo for parking wrongfully at her spot because I had to rush my kid upstairs since he was about to throw up after we got chinese (the one on W Baltimore St, not recommended huh). The things we do for our kids, right?

Summary
After a knee injury, Dean Winchester’s ballet career could very well be over. Refusing to think about it too much, Dean returns to his hometown to take some time off and relax. However, when his old ballet teacher Rowena gets sick he has to take over teaching, and he keeps seeing his ex-boyfriend around town. An ex who he definitely doesn’t have any feelings for anymore… right?
Castiel Novak has a good life. He loves his two adopted children, Jack and Claire, and he’s happy with his job as a paramedic. There’s nothing more he needs. Least of all having his ex from back when he was a teenager show up suddenly and distract him from what’s important. Which shouldn’t even be a problem because Cas is totally over him… right?
With some meddling from Charlie, Dean and Cas find themselves confronted with feelings they thought were left in the past.

And yeah, that's a downer, but he's not going to let that stop him from being fine, because he's in control of the situation. He definitely doesn't need anyone to save him. “No, you cannot blame me for this, Sammy!” Dean cried, pointing a finger at his brother. “You told me to get out and have fun, so I had some fun,” he ended with a lazy memory-drunk smile. “I was working at The Roadhouse--”
“I don’t need details!” Sam closed his eyes and sighed. He had told his brother to go out and have some fun and the man had listened for a change. “Just...be professional, alright?”
Dean nodded. “Yes, I can do that; promise.”
Dean was doomed.
