“Human of the huh?” Eda scrunched her face, staring at Luz, as if to make sense of her. There weren’t any humans in the demon realm. Was there?
As if feeling her doubts, a small, blue snake slithered out from Luz’s sleeve, floating up to her head and making a happy, hissing noise. Eda was shocked. A Palismen? With her? Luz laughed.
“I know, I know String Bean! I need to be better about locking the door!”
