Jean slumped back into her chair.
She tried rolling her head a little, loosen stiffened muscles around her neck and shoulders only to end up wincing in a little pain instead.
She sighed. She should probably get up for a slow full stretch, move her legs around little as well and get some blood pumping back into her brain. She couldn’t even remember how many hours ago she even started on her paperwork today.
Only that she had been interrupted countless times in between to run out and take care of even more immediate matters.
Jean raised her hands to try and rub away some of the strain by her temples. In the end however it didn’t really help her relax in the slightest and how she took a deep breath and willed herself to stand up from her desk.
And so she started to drag her feet across the hallway and towards the library door.
