Summary
It had been 3 am at least, if not even later, when her phone lit up. A text in the middle of the night. She wasn't going to fall asleep anyway, not if the last two hours of trying meant anything, so she rolled over to reach her phone from her nightstand and sqeezed her eyes shut from the bright light. When her vision adjusted, her breath hitched. There was no contact name, but a number. However long it had been since deleting that number, Karlie could still recite it in her sleep. Too many years of calling from friends phones, losing her own and having to stand in a phone booth and calling when it the person on the other side was everything she needed. Too many years off dialing that number in the middle of the night, only coming to senses when it went straight to voicemail.

Summary
"Travis is really nice. He just... he wants to take me out. He wants the world to see him with me. It’s simple."
"Nothing you ever do is simple," Andrea said. She leaned in closer. "But you can't run forever. You’ve been running again since early August, since the announcement of your 1989 version.” She hesitated and furrowed her brows. "Is this about Karlie?"
Taylor’s breath hitched. A cold sweat broke out along her collarbone. "We’re just talking again. Like friends. It’s fine."
OR
Five years of polite distance; five years of 'Happy Birthday' texts and hollow congratulations on new albums and life milestones have passed when Karlie and Taylor, once best friends, reconnect during the eras tour. Karlie now has her life with Josh, and Taylor, Taylor has Travis.
But you can love a good man and still be haunted by the person you were never really honest with. It’s been nearly a decade since 2014 and Kissgate wasn't a kiss, but in the moments when she's truly honest with herself, Taylor still wishes it had been.
A story of two women who never had a fallout but never had a beginning either and the discovery that safe isn't the same as home.Series

Summary
“We were talking about Crushgers,” Nat hissed, pinching Van’s arm subtly so she would shut the fuck up.
“What’s that?” asked Lottie, looking between the two of them.
“The confessions page on Facebook,” Nat explained quickly. “People send in shit about their campus crushes mostly, hence Crushgers, but they also use it to vent or talk shit. It’s dumb.”
“It’s vapid,” said Shauna.
“It’s entertaining!” said Jackie.
And, hey. It might be dumb. It might be vapid. It might be entertaining.
But it might also be life-changing.
